Photo, signature and PDF tools for Indian exam forms
Exam forms reject files that are a few pixels or a few KB off. ExamKit crops and resizes your photo, signature, thumb impression, declaration and PDFs to the numbers in the official notice — on your own phone or computer.
Your files stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
आपकी फ़ाइलें आपके डिवाइस पर ही रहती हैं। कुछ भी अपलोड नहीं होता।
Tools
-
Photo resizer
Crop to the right shape, set exact pixels (for example 200 × 230), and land inside a KB range such as 20-50 KB. Shows the final size in KB and bytes.
-
Signature, thumb & declaration
Trims white margins, turns grey paper white, darkens faint ink and sizes the file. Tabs for signature, thumb impression and handwritten declaration.
-
Images to PDF
Turn phone photos of certificates into one A4 PDF, in the order you choose, and keep it under a limit like 500 KB or inside 50-300 KB.
-
PDF size reducer
Bring a PDF under 100, 200, 300 or 500 KB by turning each page into a compact picture. The PDF is processed on your device, not uploaded.
-
Age calculator
Your exact age on the cut-off date in years, months and days, and whether your date of birth is inside the window printed in the notice.
Upload rules by exam
Each exam page lists the photo, signature and document rules copied from the latest official notice, with a link to the PDF, the page or paragraph, and the date we last checked it. One click opens the tool with those settings.
- SSC CGL, CHSL, MTS Verified

SSC and RRB no longer take an uploaded photo. Their forms capture a live photo with your camera, so you only need a signature file. See the SSC rules.
How it works
- Pick your exam, or type in the size from your notice.
- Choose your photo, signature or PDF. It is opened inside your browser, not sent anywhere.
- Download the result and compare it with the notice before you upload it to the exam form.
Why you can trust the numbers
- Every rule links to the official notice, with the page or paragraph, and a “last checked” date.
- When we could not confirm a rule from an official source, the page says not verified instead of guessing.
- When official documents contradict each other, we show both and aim for a file that satisfies both.
- File sizes are measured, not estimated. “KB” can mean 1000 or 1024 bytes, so the tools aim for a size that passes either way.
ExamKit is not affiliated with SSC, RRB, IBPS, SBI, UPSC, NTA, India Post or any government body. Always check the official notice.
