Tips for IBPS PO, Clerk
- Thumb impression: press your left thumb on an ink pad (black or blue), then on white paper; photograph or scan it and crop with the signature tool’s Thumb tab.
- Declaration: copy the text below by hand in English, in running handwriting, with black ink on white paper. Do not write in capital letters.
- Scan at 200 dpi in true colour if you have a scanner. A phone photo in daylight also works if the paper fills the frame.
- You also take a live photo during the form, so sit in good light with a plain background when you fill it in.
Declaration text to copy by hand
Write it in English, in your own running handwriting, with black ink on white paper — not in capital letters. Then use the signature tool’s Declaration tab.
