ExamKitSBI PO and Clerk 2026: photo, signature, thumb impression and declaration
SBI PO 2026 and SBI Clerk (Junior Associates) 2026 ask for the same four uploads as IBPS: photo 200 × 230 px, signature 140 × 60 px, left thumb impression 240 × 240 px and a handwritten declaration 800 × 400 px. A live photo is also captured during the form.
The declaration wording is different from IBPS: SBI’s includes your date of birth and a line saying the signature, photograph and thumb impression are yours. The PO and Clerk advertisements also word it slightly differently, so copy the one for your exam.

- SBI Clerk (Junior Associates) 2026 – age 20-28: as on 01-04-2026, born 02-04-1998 to 01-04-2006 (both dates included). Check your date of birth

Tips for SBI PO, Clerk
- Print about 8 copies of the same photo you upload; SBI asks you to keep them for later stages.
- Copy the declaration for your exam (PO or Clerk) exactly, by hand, in English and in running handwriting.
- Use the same signature style everywhere; it must match what you sign at the exam.
Declaration text to copy by hand
Write it in English, in your own running handwriting, with black ink on white paper — not in capital letters. Then use the signature tool’s Declaration tab.
SBI PO 2026:
